We want you to love your fit, which is why we offer free returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unaltered items within 90 days of purchase. Whether you need a different size or a full refund, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your State and Liberty experience.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a new size or color, receive store credit, or get a full refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, and affix the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Relax

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.
